GEORGE W. KEELEY
George W. Keeley is a partner with the firm, specializing in the areas of commercial law, employee benefits, antitrust, regulatory matters and cooperative legal combinations. He combines legal expertise with a business background to collaborate with business associations and corporate clients on projects involving legislative and regulatory issues and litigation strategies.
Mr. Keeley has written numerous articles on such topics as antitrust compliance, strategic alliances, manufacturer/distributor relations, employment law, dispute resolution and product standards and certification. He is author of the firm's popular pamphlet, "What Every Business Should Know About the Antitrust Laws".
A member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations, Mr. Keeley received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law, his Master's of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University Graduate School of Management, and his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He is a public arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers and holds membership in the Edward Frederick Sorin Society, the Notre Dame Club of Chicago and the Northwestern Management Club of Chicago.
NEIL J. KUENN
Neil J. Kuenn is a partner with the firm, practicing in the areas of corporate law, antitrust and trade association law, employment law, taxation, estate planning and regulatory matters. Having spent five years in the finance department of a large chemical manufacturer, he utilizes this experience and his legal expertise to assist trade associations and corporate clients with a wide range of strategies to grow and prosper in our increasingly complex and litigious environment.
Mr. Kuenn has written numerous articles on topics such as antitrust compliance, employment law, strategic alliances, and other business related matters.
He is member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations. Mr. Kuenn received his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
MICHAEL T. REID (1949 - 2006)
Michael T. Reid is a partner with the firm. His area of concentration involves all areas of civil litigation including arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution methods. Since 1987 Mr. Reid has been the partner in charge of the firm's civil litigation section, which encompasses the prosecution and defense of civil cases in federal and state courts on trial and appellate levels throughout the country. The focus of his practice is on representing plaintiffs and defendants in:
- Manufacturer/Distributor termination
- Corporate/Commercial litigation
- Employment litigation
- Product liability defense
- Business Tort/Contract ligitation
Mr. Reid obtained his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin. He is a member of tine Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
THOMAS E. ROCHE
Thomas E. Roche is an associate with the firm. His practice is concentrated in civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Roche has represented clients as plaintiffs and defendants at trial and on appeal in a variety of cases, including:

- Personal injury litigation
Mr. Roche obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law and his Bachelor's degree from Drake University. Before joining the firm, Mr. Roche was a prosecutor with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.
